Madhya Pradesh batted first in the opening innings and scored 225 runs in 91.3 overs. The half centuries from Shubham Kushwaha and Arham Aquil helped them to put a competitive score on the board. However, Jharkhand was in no position to lose the game. With the unique structure of the tournament, where the league-stage games are played over three days, including 90 overs in the first innings and 45 overs in the second innings. The semi-finals and finals are played for four days.
