Cricket Association of Nepal unveils new jersey manufactured by T10 Sports ahead of February 7 tournament start.
Kathmandu, January 5 – The Cricket Association of Nepal unveiled the country’s official kit for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 on Sunday evening. T10 Sports, an India-based sportswear company, manufactured the jersey. Bhatbhateni Holding Pvt. Ltd. came on board as the apparel partner.
Specific design details were not immediately released. The kit will be worn during Nepal’s third T20 World Cup appearance when the tournament runs from February 7 to March 8 across India and Sri Lanka.
Nepal’s men’s and women’s international players attended the event. The ICC T20 World Cup trophy was on display as part of the global trophy tour.
Nepal Drawn in Group C With England and West Indies
Nepal will compete in Group C alongside England, the West Indies, Bangladesh, and Italy. All of Nepal’s group matches will take place in Mumbai.
England won the 2022 T20 World Cup. West Indies claimed the 2024 title. Italy makes its World Cup debut this year. Only the top two teams from each group advance to the Super 8 stage.

Squad Preparation
Nepal announced a 24-player training camp squad on December 21. The final 15-player roster will be selected before the tournament starts.
Captain Rohit Paudel leads the group. All-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee, spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, and opener Kushal Bhurtel are among the key players in camp. Others include Aasif Sheikh, Kushal Malla, Sompal Kami, and fast bowler Karan KC.
Recent Form
Nepal enters the tournament with confidence after beating West Indies 2-1 in a T20I series between September and October. Dipendra Singh Airee impressed with three direct-hit run outs during the series.
Nepal qualified for the World Cup by going unbeaten at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia-Pacific Regional Final in Oman in October. This marks their second consecutive World Cup appearance and third overall.
The tournament begins February 7 with matches across multiple venues in India and Sri Lanka. Nepal will be based in Mumbai for the group stage.
