ISL 2021-2022 Points Table & Top Teams
The Indian Super League 2021-2022 was the eighth season of the Indian Super League (ISL) and the 26th season of the top division of the Indian football league system.
With the few changes in the format of the games, like inclusion of a maximum of six and minimum of four foreign players, it was successful to deliver one of the most exciting seasons in history.
If we talk about the ISL 2021 points table, Jamshedpur ended their campaign sitting at the top position with 43 points, having only 3 losses, but they could not reach the finals as they lost the semi-finals against Kerala Blasters.

However, Hyderabad was crowned as the champions despite having only 38 points in the ISL 2022 points table and sitting below Jamshedpur, who were declared the League Winners.
Similarly, one of the popular clubs, Mohun Bagan, played a total of 20 matches and successfully qualified for the semi-finals, as they got 34 points during the league stage.
The final was played between Hyderabad and Kerala Blasters, which went to a penalty shootout after a 1-1 score. Afterwards, Hyderabad won the match by 3-1 in a thrilling penalty shootout.
ISL 2022-2023 Points Table & Top Teams
The ninth season of the Hero Indian Super League started on October 7, 2022, and ended on March 18, 2023, where Jamshedpur emerged as the defending premiers while Hyderabad were the defending champions.
The season saw a new winner from the previous season as Mohun Bagan thrashed Bengaluru in a penalty shootout, which then concluded on 4-3, declaring Mohun Bagan a new champion of the season.

Meanwhile, Mumbai City was awarded a league winners’ shield with 46 points after the successful conclusion of 20 matches, where they suffered only 2 losses, and won 14 games in total.
It was unfortunate for Mumbai City, despite being a top team in the Hero ISL 2022-23 points table, they lost against Bengaluru, that too in a penalty shootout.
The final was played between Mohun Bagan and Bengaluru, where players like D. Petratos, Liston, Kiyan, and Manvir collaboratively scored 4 goals in a penalty shootout to snatch victory by 4-3.
ISL 2023-2024 Points Table & Top Teams
Every season of the Hero ISL had new winners and challengers in the playoffs, which eventually contributed to growing the league on the global stage.
Similarly, Mohun Bagan became champions as they won their first ISL title with 48 points in the points table, while Mumbai City won their second ISL Cup by defeating Mohun Bagan 3-1.

The ISL points table 2024 was interesting as the top three teams were standing with similar points of 48, 47, and 45.
Mumbai City won a total of 14 games out of 22, with only 3 losses recorded. Meanwhile, Mohun Bagan SG had a higher winning percentage with 15 wins in a season.
ISL 2024-2025 Points Table & Top Teams
The 29th season of the top-tier Indian football, ISL 2024-2025, concluded on April 12, 2025. Mohun Bagan once again won the ISL title by defeating Bengaluru in a highly anticipated final by 2-1.
In an attendance of 59,112, Jason Steven Cummings scored a goal in a penalty in 72 minutes, turning the game on Mohun Bagan’s side.

This was the first time that a team was awarded both the shield and the ISL Cup in a season. With 56 points in the team standings, Mohun Bagan was at the top, winning 17 games out of 24.
