The Badminton Association of India (BAI) invites tenders to host the Yonex Sunrise India Open 2026, a BWF HSBC World Tour Super 750 Event, The event is scheduled to be held in India from 13th to 18th January 2026 at the Indira Gandhi Stadium Complex, New Delhi.
BAI Invites Bids for India Open 2026
The tender notice issued by BAI for the Yonex Sunrise India Open 2026 invited reputed and experienced companies that can manage world-class sports events. The scope of work will include:
- Catering
- Cleaning
- Security
- Technology
- Waste management
- Overlays
- Players transportation
- Live broadcast production
All in accordance with the standards of the Badminton World Federation. Therefore, preference will be given to companies that have considerable goodwill in managing international sports events.
Interested bidders are invited to submit their bids in sealed envelopes before 22nd November 2025 (2:00 PM) to the Badminton Association of India office in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
The bids will be opened on 25th November 2025 (10:00 AM) at the BAI office. Participants are welcome to join at the opening time. Further information will be available on the official BAI website.
