Roadmap for Free Fire Esports 2025
Garena has finally revealed its Free Fire 2025 esports roadmap with the new format. The World Series Global finals will be hosted by Indonesia which was announced through a press release. This competitive season begins in April with leagues running in Brazil, Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan.
The two major events, Spring and Fall will be held in Hanoi and Bangkok for Southeast Asia. 18 teams either invited or locally qualified will be competing in this phase from April 25th to June 15th. The best teams will advance to the Esports World Cup: Free Fire which will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from July 15th to July 20th.
Finally, the winner will advance to the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Global Finals in Jakarta, Indonesia, this November. With a record viewership of 731,970 in the 2024 Free Fire event held in Rio De Janeiro, fans can anticipate even bigger and better events this year.

What’s New This Season in Free Fire Esports 2025?
Free Fire Esports 2025 new format of the tournament will feature a Point Rush Day along with a Grand Final Day instead of the previous three-day final weekend. Furthermore, teams will receive double points for each elimination in the last match of the day. In order to determine the Global Finals, Champion Rush Point format will be utilized.
Besides that, the Free Fire Esports 2025 format only has room for the most skilled players, so each member will need to use a distinctive active skill. The most exciting part, the first team to reach the predetermined rush point will be crowned the ultimate winner.
