- Team Liquid Brazil (Brazil) – A legendary team that remains on the frontline of South American VALORANT.
- KRU Blaze (Latin America) – the best of the best in LATAM, introducing glamor and accuracy to the international arena.
- Shopify Rebellion Gold (North America) – The pride of North America, years of leadership performances in Game Changers events.
- Nova Esports GC (China) – The Chinese participants attending the championship will bring new dynamics to the world championship.
The remaining two positions in the VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2025 will be determined in a Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) that will incorporate teams from North America, Brazil, and Latin America, marking a competitive conclusion to the qualification race.
