A viral video from Trump’s golf game in Scotland has sparked fresh Trump golf cheating claims after his caddie was seen dropping a ball in a better spot. The clip, taken at Turnberry, shows behavior critics say fits a long pattern of rule-bending.
According to The Daily Beast, this isn’t the first time Trump’s golf conduct has come under fire, with similar stories shared in Rick Reilly’s Commander in Cheat. Social media is once again buzzing with divided reactions.
[REPORT] Golf Game or Game of Tricks?
Donald Trump is once again at the center of a fresh wave of cheating accusations. This time, it’s about golf — and it’s gone viral.
A video from his recent game in Scotland at the Turnberry course shows something odd. As Trump walks up, his caddie is seen dropping a golf ball a few feet ahead of him. The ball doesn’t appear to come from the direction of the previous shot. Instead, it lands gently on more playable grass, away from the rougher area nearby.
The video quickly went viral, reviving the long-running claim that Trump cheats on golf. Regardless of the extent of interest in golf, the video has caused controversy worldwide.
Online discussion about Trump’s golf cheating has been going on for a long time. For years, he has been affected by reports of questionable ball placements, manipulated scores, and rule violations.

Even politicians joined in. California Governor Gavin Newsom’s office reposted the video with a sharp message: “Trump. Rigging the game. We’re shocked!”
While some fans argued the move may have been a legal drop under golf rules, others weren’t convinced. The moment has once again lit up feeds with the phrase Trump golf cheating, fueling debates across platforms.
[WHAT’S HAPPENING] What This Tells Us About Trump’s Golf Style
Let’s be honest. For Trump, golf is more than just a weekend pastime. He has a reputation for being extremely competitive. However, honesty and sportsmanship are also key components in golf.
Years of similar stories have already formed Trump’s reputation, and this most recent Trump golf cheating incident just helps to further cement it. From bestselling books like Commander in Cheat to stories shared by pros, the idea of bending the rules on the green has followed him for over a decade.
For many, it’s less about golf and more about character. When someone feels the need to win even the smallest game by any means, it often says more than words can.
Bigyan Samele’s Take
The viral clip might not lead to any consequences. There’s no referee in casual games like this, and no penalty will be handed down.
Still, the moment has left an impression. It’s yet another incident in a long-running saga of Trump golf cheating. It reinforces what many already believe — that when Trump plays, he plays to win, no matter what.
Whether it’s bending rules or pushing boundaries, this video is a reminder that even a casual day on the course can turn into headline news when Trump’s involved.
