The Beach Volleyball postseason trip for Austin Peay might be tough, and they have selected Michael Hobson as their coach who boasts 10 years of experience.
Before being part of Austin Peay, Hobson was part of Louisiana-Monroe for 2 years and has worked with teams like Seattle, Texas Tech, and USA Volleyball.
Interestingly, this is only the 2nd time that he will be the head coach of a beach volleyball team. Well, Hobson has work cut out based on what he has to achieve.

Performance of Other Teams at ASUN Beach Volleyball
Stetson, being the 2-time champions, will be entering as the No.1 seed and also the 14th-ranked team in the country.
There is no stopping Stetson as they have topped nationally ranked opponents in No. 14 Florida International, No. 14 Florida Atlantic, and No. 19 North Florida.
Not only that, the team has been ranked in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25 Poll for 98 straight weeks, which is quite an achievement. They are a tough team to beat for anyone.
Match Schedule For the Austin Peay State University Beach Volleyball Team
The job ain’t going to be easy for Austin Peay at the Beach Volleyball post-season trip. A major reason for that would be the challenges that lie ahead.
Austin Peay will be facing the winner of the 4th-seeded North Alabama and 5th 5th-seeded Jacksonville, which will also be at 9 am on Friday, 25th April.
If Austin Peay loses the match, they will be pushed forward in the elimination bracket, where they will be up against the loser of North Alabama and Jacksonville’s match, which will be taking place one day ahead of their game.
Even in the elimination bracket, things won’t be easy as they would have to face a very good team.
