According to the news coming out on Tuesday, the 52-year-old Italian personality will be taking over the reins effective immediately. With a good record behind his back, Giovanni is expected to make a difference.

As a coach, Giovanni is a successful name when we talk about volleyball. Giovanni Guidetti, Canada’s volleyball coach, will be keen to keep his record going better.
Previously, Guidetti was the head coach of the Turkish club Vakifbank Spor Kulubu. He remained their coach since 2008 and did well. Just to get the facts straight, Giovanni has won 7 Turkish league titles.
Out of those 7, five have been FIVC Club World Championship and five CEV (European) Champions League titles as well. The former Turkish coach helps Vakifbank to have a record of 52-0 with 5 championship trophies. A record is hard to beat.
