Two Asian giants of volleyball, Iran and India, clashed; Iran won the CAVA Men’s Volleyball League 2025. It was a tight game at Uzbekistan on 4th June, 2025.
Iran had to work hard to get past the ambitious India in the volleyball competition. In the presence of more than 4000 spectators, the game was nothing short of magical. Let’s know in detail.
Strong Iran Wins CAVA Men’s Volleyball League 2025
It is evident to say that Iran didn’t win easily. India provided major competition to Iran. The final score read 25-17, 25-20, and 25-19.
The supporters of Iran did come out jubilant, but the win wasn’t as easy as it seemed. Iran was unstoppable in the whole tournament as they won the title, being undefeated.
From technical superiority to discipline and brilliant teamwork, Iran had everything to win every game in the competition. Iran knew what they were facing in the gold medal match against India. Although India pushed them harder, Iran’s continental skillset was more than what India could handle.

Iran’s Impressive Captain Ali Hajipour Moghadam Farouji
One of the premier reasons why Iran wins the CAVA Men’s Volleyball League 2025 is their captain, Ali Hajipour Moghadam Farouji. He was unstoppable in the whole tournament, winning the MVP of the season and also being the inspirational captain.
Wearing jersey number 17, captain Ali was tactically brilliant and had greater depth and control in his team. From powerful spikes to consistent presence, he was unstoppable right throughout the competition.
Not only was Ali Hajipour MoghadDam FaroUji brilliant, his team members, Ali Ramezani with the offense, and Livero Mehran Tavanay Biji with the defense, were the backbone of the Iran team.
Successful CAVA Men’s Volleyball League
As the 2025 season of the CAVA Men’s Volleyball league comes to an end, it was a major success. It won’t be a mistake to say that the tournament brought some brilliance in the case of volleyball. 7 countries, Iran, India, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan were part of the competition. Having said that, all the teams played well.
Although Iran won the CAVA Men’s Volleyball League 2025, teams like India and Pakistan finished 2nd and 3rd in the competition. The week-long competition had some brilliant players, and you could see the sportsmanship and camaraderie amongst the various teams.
With the vision to enrich volleyball in the Asian region, Uzbekistan did a fabulous job with hosting the 2025 season.
