Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Response After The Incident
It is a serious concern that a women player from the tennis fraternity has been targeted for bad behavior. WTA is very keen to make this issue right. At the same, WTA stated that Emma was approached by a particular person who had a fixated behavior.
Later, the same person was seen in the first row during the game. As soon as Emma complained about it, we evacuated the man from the premises. He will further be banned from all WTA events assessing threats.
